Click here for the History of Coccia Pines The camp is composed of two cabin rentals on a large private wooded lot and one large dock, available for lodging from May through October: Lakefront Cabin: This gem of a vintage Adirondack Camp features a living room and 3 bedrooms with water views, 2 baths, a lakestone fireplace and floor to ceiling wainscoting. The wrap-around porch, just feet from the water, is perfect for taking in the wonderful sunsets directly across the lake.
Rates: Sleeps 5-6 for $1,900 per week, with The Dorm it sleeps 10 to 12, $2,200.
Lakeview Cabin: Just 40 feet from the water, the Lakeview Cabin is a cozier version of the Lakefront Cabin. With newly restored floor to ceiling wainscoting in each room, and a newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen, the Lakeview Cabin is the perfect getaway for a couple or family of four. Originally just a two room cabin which went through successive additions during the ‘Twenties and ‘Thirties, the Lakeview Cabin now features a master bedroom and loft twin bedroom with lake views, a modern kitchen also with a lake view, and a cozy rustic living room (with sofa). Rates: Sleeps 4-6 for $1,200 per week. Sleeps 8-10 with The Dorm for $1,500. Weekly Rates for both camps including dorm: $3,250.
The Dorm: This large bedroom above the Lakeview Cabin with private entrance and bath, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, can be rented with either the Lakeview Cabin or Lakefront Cabin for extra room.
